You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to request an exchange, return, or refund for eligible items. To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • In the original packaging with all labels/tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please note: Return shipping fees (both ways, where applicable) are the customerโ€™s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

We only accept damage or missing item claims if the following conditions are met:

โœ… You submit a video of the unboxing process, starting from the moment the package is opened and the contents are fully inspected
โœ… You attach clear photos of the damaged or missing item(s), shipping label, and exterior of the package

We are unable to accept returns or refund requests under the following conditions:

  • The item has been used, opened, or not in its original condition

  • You changed your mind or the item didnโ€™t meet personal preferences
    (e.g., โ€œI don't like itโ€, โ€œIt doesn't suit meโ€)

  • Allergy issues โ€“ Please contact us before purchase to confirm ingredients

  • Perishable or personalized items (e.g., food, flowers, health products)

  • Items with a short shelf life (under 2 months remaining)

  • Products not purchased directly from YOYO JAPAN

  • No unboxing video or evidence provided

  • Game Consoles :ย 

    Please note: All sales of game console products are final.

    Once a game console has been opened, activated, or started, it can no longer be resold as new. For this reason, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges on any game console product after it has been shipped or opened โ€” regardless of use.
