Refund and Return Policy

At YOYOJAPAN Store, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience and high-quality products. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to making the return and refund process as straightforward as possible.

About Return Period:

- You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns, unless there is a manufacturer's defect.
- Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

About Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items:
- If the items in your order are damaged, wrong, or defective, we will accept returns.
- To assist us in processing your claim quickly, we kindly ask that you send us a video of the unboxing process with pictures as detailed as possible by contacting us at info@yoyojapanstore.com.
- We will need those proofs to work with the Manufacturer and Process Team to resolve the issue.

About Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@yoyojapanstore.com or visit our website and fill out the return request form.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label. Please pack the item securely and affix the label to the package.
- Please ship the item back to us within 14 days of receiving the return label.

About Refunds:
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

*Exceptions: 

- Certain items, such as perishable goods, personal care products, or items with health and safety seals, are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on items that have been damaged, used, or are not in their original condition.
