01. Where are you located ?
Our office and warehouse are based in the neighbor of Tokyo, strategically located right in front of the Saitama City. This location allows us to be closer to our suppliers while quickly delivering our goods to customers worldwide.
02. What are your customer service operating hours ?
Our operation hours are Monday-Friday 9-6 JST. Please note that we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and major public holidays.
03. Are your products Authentic ?
We directly procure all our products from Japanese manufacturers and meticulously examine each item for authenticity and quality assurance prior to shipment from our warehouse in Japan. Should you identify any imperfections or defects in your products upon receipt, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we will promptly engage with the manufacturer on our end.
04. Are all products made in Japan ?
Currently all the brands we carry on our website are Japanese and most of the products are made in Japan. In a few cases the products are manufactured in other countries, but always designed in Japan.
05. Which countries do you ship to ?
We are shippping worlwide.
06. What are your shipping methods?
We provide 2 shipping options: standard and express priority. While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, high order volumes may occasionally lead to extended shipping times. For urgent deliveries, we recommend selecting an express shipping method to expedite the receipt of your order.
07. What are your shipping rates ?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and shipping method are selected. For most of the countries we offer free shipping above a certain amount. If this threshold is not reached we charge a small flat rate shipping fee, so the more you buy the less you pay.
08. Do you offer free shipping ?
If you spend over a certain amount, you may be eligible for free shipping. Free shipping will be calculated automatically at the checkout page.
09. What if I don't pay the customs duty ?
If, for whatever reason, you refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned to us, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund. If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by unexpected costs.
10. What payment methods do you accept ?
We accept all major credit and debits cards as well as Apple Pay, GPay, Shop Pay and Gift Card.
